Stephan Holl, born in 1975, was appointed to the position of Chief Operating Officer in April 2009. He has primary responsibility for Operations, Purchasing, Integrated OR Services, Sales Operations, Controlling and IT, as well as strategic responsibility for the Integrated OR business. Mr. Holl joined Brainlab in 2003 and held various roles in Asia Pacific as well as in the corporate headquarters including Director Corporate Development/M&A and Director Finance&Operations Asia Pacific. 

Mr. Holl holds a diploma in business administration from the University of Cologne and completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School between 2006 and 2008. Prior to joining Brainlab, he worked as a management consultant and completed a bank apprenticeship at HSBC Trinkaus&Burkhardt.
