What will you be doing?

As Product Manager Services located in Munich you will be globally responsible for the definition of the service product portfolio and management of all aspects of the service product life cycle. In this interface function between Service and Sales you will gather market, customer, partner, and sales feedback to analyse customer needs and trends, competitive information and regional requirements.

Ongoing optimization of the service product portfolio and development of pricing and sales strategies are elementary parts of this role. In this position you will be responsible for the training of our internal sales and service force on new and existing service offers. Your functions will also include ensuring the availability of necessary marketing material as well as Brainlabs service franchising and outsourcing program.

What do you need?

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent education
• 3-5 years experience in product management or consulting preferably in the medical industry
• Results driven, analytical, organized, and strong communication and presentation skills combined with the necessary assertiveness
• Fluent in written and spoken English
