Customer Relations Manager

Job Description

As a Customer Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our cutting-edge medical products to healthcare professionals and potential clients. Your responsibilities will include setting up products for demonstrations, ensuring a deep understanding of operating theatre procedures, and effectively communicating with doctors to deliver credible and authentic presentations.

  • Take ownership of customer In-House visits, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to provide support and assistance in organizing and preparing for In-House visits
  • Develop and implement procedures within SharePoint to facilitate meticulous planning and organization of In-House visits
  • Work closely with Sales and Sales Operations to monitor the planning and organization of In-House visits
  • Deliver engaging presentations to customers and showcase our products, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge
  • Monitor and communicate cost awareness to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Manage customer expectations, ensuring high level of satisfaction throughout the In-House visit experience
  • Foster continuous and close cooperation with various teams and stakeholders, including General Management, Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Reception

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent in medical sales and customer interactions
  • Proven experience in product demonstrations and customer-facing roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop and implement efficient procedures
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both in English and German, capable of tailoring presentations to different audiences
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across different teams and departments
