Job Description

As HR Consultant you are part of our internal HR department. You will be the contact person for managers and employees from selected business units in all operational HR issues. You will also support HR projects in a dynamic environment, as our business units are constantly growing and changing.

  • Advise and support managers on all operational HR topics
  • Support of employees in all personnel-related issues
  • Operational HR work in day-to-day business incl. contract and certification management
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and evaluation of personnel key figures
  • Cooperate with other HR departments like recruiting, personnel development and payroll
  • Participate in new and further development of HR processes
  • Support regional and global HR projects

Qualifications

 

  • + 5 years of professional experience in an administrative HR Position
  • Very good MS-Office skills and ideally experience in SAP HCM
  • Good knowledge of German social security law
  • Very good written and spoken English, any other language is a plus
  • Enjoy working with international colleagues
  • Service-oriented working style as well as an open and friendly manner
  • Team-player qualities as well as being flexible with a good sense of humor
