Job Description
Our company is looking for an experienced IT project manager with good technical knowledge to manage cross-team IT projects. This position is critical to driving our IT strategy and ensuring our infrastructure meets the highest standards. You will be responsible for the definition, planning and execution of strategic projects, with a visible impact on our whole organization.
Tasks:
- Management and coordination of cross-team IT projects
- Collaborate with various internal teams and external stakeholders
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Active participation in the design and implementation of the IT strategy and guidelines
- Evaluation of new technology trends and their integration into our existing IT infrastructure
- Foster architectural decisions to ensure our systems are efficient, scalable, and secure
- Assessment of technical requirements and provision of recommendations for the implementation of IT solutions
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in project management
- Basic technical knowledge in the field of IT
- Experience in the application of project management methods
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable way
- Ability to work in a team and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Business fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
