Job Description
- Responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the SAP system
- Lead and manage a team of SAP professionals
- Ensuring IT processes in the SAP environment
- Ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the SAP system
- Participate in the planning and execution of SAP-related projects
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
- Maintaining and optimizing system performance
- Ensuring data security and integrity in the SAP system
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in managing a team of SAP professionals
- Strong background in SAP, including experience with various modules such as ERP, MM, SD, and FI/CO
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they are supported by the SAP system
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- High customer focus and service orientation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in German and English
