Job Description

Based in our Munich headquarters, the Order Coordination Team supports the organization of our sales and support teams across the world. For this role, we are seeking an active and energetic individual to join our multicultural team as an Order Coordinator Assistant.

Your tasks include:

  • Responsibility for assure on-time delivery of our products at customer’s site
  • Checking product availability and capacity planning according to customer’s requirement, processing deliveries for shipment and maintaining up to date order documentation
  • Working closely with various departments such as sales operations, production, warehouse and export to provide a proper and effective order handling
  • Daily correspondence with international colleagues like local sales representatives, support managers and sales operations assistants, as well as with many other internal departments to assure simple and effective order handling

Qualifications

  • a commercial education
  • at least 1 year experience in a service-orientated and an international environment, such as sales support or customer service
  • great interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with a deep sense of commitment
  • Team player with a good sense of humor and motivated to get things done
  • the ability to work in a fast paced environment, under tight deadlines and on several tasks simultaneously
  • excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • good organizational and computer skills with knowledge in integrated ERP solutions, e.g. SAP, Salesforce.com
  • business fluency in German and English
