Job Description
For our product lifecycle management team located in our headquarters in Munich, we are looking for a Product Lifecycle Manager - Surgery Software Applications. As a Product Lifecycle Manager you manage, drive, oversee and continuously monitor the daily business and upcoming challenges of our global product lifecycle. As the key interface position you lead and continuously develop reporting and communication related to a globally established product portfolio between R&D, Product Management, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, regional sales and Quality Management along the product lifecycle.
Your main tasks will be to
- manage global software product availability roadmaps including alignments of regulatory and product management related dependencies
- prioritize and manage software product changes including rollout strategies
- monitor & report KPI and business data such as product quality, product feedback and more in order to guide a global product portfolio including supply chain implications together with product management
- manage and analyze impact of End-of-service timelines of our global customer installed base and propose adaptions of customer offerings e.g. service contracts, upgrade options related to product phase-in scenarios
- communicate regularly with global Brainlab subsidiary stakeholders including Regulatory Affairs, Sales and Sales Operations as well as Product Management focusing on product lifecycle dependencies
- continuously orchestrate product related dependencies of a globally established surgery software product portfolio together with Brainlab AG R&D, Product Management, Quality Management and Operations along the full Product Lifecycle
- drive and support the build-up of new product-life-cycle related processes and bring in your own ideas regarding improved processes and reporting
Qualifications
- University degree in business administration, engineering or natural science or an equivalent qualification
- 3+ years professional experience, preferably in the medical-or tech- industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills paired with solid project management and stakeholder management competence (collaborate with others in a dynamic organization / matrix environment)
- Analytical, hands-on personality with a proactive/agile mindset and strong interpersonal skills and passion to interact self-organized with international and interdisciplinary/cross-functional teams
- Team player and problem solver
- Passion for innovative high-tech products
- SFDC, SAP and BI tools experience is a plus
- Effective written and oral communication skills in German and English
