Product Marketing Manager - Mixed Reality

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for our Mixed Reality Marketing team. In this role, you will develop and articulate our market segment and product strategies. Integrated within a team of product management and a clinical research assistant, you will be responsible for global business results for Brainlab’s Elements Viewer Software and Mixed Reality technology. You will also be responsible for internal sales trainings and technical customer presentations. For this position, you will be located at our Brainlab HQ in Munich.

Your tasks will be to

  • identify market and technology trends and opportunities relevant for assigned products
  • analyze competitor activities, customer feedback, utilization of own product and develop action plan with global scope
  • develop product briefing including target groups, positioning, features, benefits and unique selling propositions
  • define global rollout strategy and manage implementation of product launches
  • develop product storyline and marketing collateral including messaging, presentations, technical specifications, workflow videos and clinical insights
  • develop and deliver training for sales, regional marketing, ACs and customers
  • provide (technical) support to employees and customers for Mixed Reality products
  • manage maintenance of internal marketing product /demo units
  • assist product management with clinical cooperation
  • support marketing activities by establishing relationships with key opinion leaders and customers for feedback and product input
  • support tradeshows, physical in-house visits and virtual tours with technical product demos and in-depth customer discussions
  • maintain contact with Magic Leap for partner marketing initiatives


  • University degree in marketing or business administration
  • Professional experience, preferably in medical industry
  • Passion for technology and interdisciplinary thinking
  • Technical understanding
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Passion for technical products and technological advancements
  • Business fluency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work self-organized
  • A willingness to travel 20% of the time
