Job Description

Our Talent Management team currently consists of 8 people and our goal is to not only create a great experience for candidates, but also to support our colleagues in their personal and professional development within Brainlab.

You will:

  • take full responsibility for the attraction, selection, and appointment of staff in close partnership with the business leaders across the international subsidiaries
  • create, develop and manage talent pools in order to stay in touch with candidates
  • advise line management on the best way to approach recruitment and help them to make decisions about suitable candidates
  • handle the recruitment process, e. g. publish advertisements, pre-scan applications, conduct telephone and personal interviews
  • track activities and report to the business on a regular basis
  • develop and maintain close working relationships with internal customers
  • be involved in and/or lead global and regional HR Projects

Qualifications

  • university degree in Business Administration or similar field of study
  • at least 2 years of work experience in Recruiting, ideally in an international company
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • strong organization skills, precision and attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks
  • ability to identify and follow-through creative recruiting solutions
  • good problem solving skills, tenacity and the ability to work autonomously
  • ability to multi-task, negotiate, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • motivated to work in an high-tech company specializing in innovative software and hardware solutions
  • open and friendly manner
