Job Description

Are you an expert at using your talents to reach your sales goals? Are you looking for a flexible environment in which you can apply your unique sales abilities? We are currently searching for a new Sales Associate to oversee our TraumaCad business in EMEA. From our office in Munich, you will have the freedom to use your innovative approach to sales to achieve targets, ensure profitability and grow the business.

You will be responsible for contract renewal activities and pursue ongoing expansion of opportunities together with our Sales Manager. As Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Brainlab towards existing customers in the EMEA region. Training will take place at our headquarters in Munich.

It’s always exciting, giving you the chance to explore and expand your own capabilities in this fast-paced field. On the day-to-day, you can expect to:

  • Core responsibility for the timely renewal  of contracts
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of contract renewal opportunities
  • Engage and build meaningful relationships with customers and partners
  • Foster existing relationships and create a trusting foundation for further opportunities
  • Review, plan and execute on sales opportunities
  • Be responsible for leads and convert them into sales
  • Communicate with strategic partners
  • Gather accurate forecast and applicable data to perform budget planning
  • Generate and maintain a complete and consistent customer database for assigned territory
  • Attend national and international meetings and symposia

Qualifications

  • BA/BS preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and well organized
  • Sales and business experience with capital equipment preferred
  • Interest in Medical Devices, Software, Hospital IT and Video Technology
  • Willingness and desire to travel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • A deep sense of commitment and initiative
  • A personable, engaging demeanor
  • Native level in German and English
