Working Student - Innovation Management

As part of the Innovation Management team in Munich, you will help empower Brainlab to innovate for at least six months starting in June. You will support driving the agile transformation and overall business agility, facilitate a company-wide information flow and organize events that foster innovations such as hackathons. You will be involved in the day-to-day business of innovation management and support the development of external partnerships. You will work in a highly dynamic environment and assume responsibilities for own topics that you can drive with your dedication and creativity.

  • Studies in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and/or Business (preferably Master)
  • Experience in product development and agile development

  • Resilience and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
  • Very good skills in English
