Learning and Development: Technical Associate / Specialist (50%)


As Technical Associate / Specialist you will have the opportunity to substantially shape the learning experience for Brainlab personnel. You will first be part of the Learning Infrastructure team and support the implementation of a new learning platform and then transition into the HR Talent Management team. There you will support the Talent Management team with digital learning projects and maintain the system that was introduced with your help.

You will

  • work with stakeholders all over the company to implement the learning platform
  • create processes and governance rules to be used within the platform
  • ensure compliance to these rule sets within your internal stakeholder network
  • take the lead on the administration and updates of the platform in close collaboration with the vendor
  • support digital learning projects within the Talent Management team
  • support the Talent Management team with operational tasks


  • bachelors degree and work experience in related field
  • high affinity for digital platforms/systems
  • understanding how to use and apply learning management solutions (LMS)
  • basic understanding of HTML
  • project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • strong communication skills in English and German combined with a flexible, positive attitude
