Based in our Munich headquarters, the Order Coordination Team supports the organization of our sales and support teams across the world.
For this role, we are seeking an active and energetic individual to join our multicultural team as an Order Coordinator, who is responsible for supporting our colleagues and customers worldwide.
As Order Coordinator SPO, you are responsible for the administration of the regional spare part order business. This includes tasks such as coordinating customer spare part orders to fulfill warranty, service and QM requirements on time, following up with customers and processing invoices to ensure correct and timely shipments and payments. Daily correspondence with customers and international colleagues is also one of your key responsibilities and requires you to work closely with our local sales representatives, support managers and support engineers, as well as many other internal departments to assure simple and effective order handling.
