Order Coordinator- Spare Part Orders (SPO)


Based in our Munich headquarters, the Order Coordination Team supports the organization of our sales and support teams across the world.

For this role, we are seeking an active and energetic individual to join our multicultural team as an Order Coordinator, who is responsible for supporting our colleagues and customers worldwide.

As Order Coordinator SPO, you are responsible for the administration of the regional spare part order business. This includes tasks such as coordinating customer spare part orders to fulfill warranty, service and QM requirements on time, following up with customers and processing invoices to ensure correct and timely shipments and payments. Daily correspondence with customers and international colleagues is also one of your key responsibilities and requires you to work closely with our local sales representatives, support managers and support engineers, as well as many other internal departments to assure simple and effective order handling.


  • has successfully completed a commercial education
  • has experience in a service-orientated and an international environment, such as sales support or customer service
  • enjoys working independently while being a team player
  • has the ability to work in a fast paced environment, under tight deadlines and on several tasks simultaneously
  • has excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • has good organizational and computer skills with knowledge in integrated ERP solutions, e.g. SAP,
  • business fluency in German and English
