Partner Manager – CNS Drug Delivery

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our convection enhanced delivery (CED) team is looking for a Partner Manager to support the growth in this exciting and innovative field. You will be part of a highly motivated and experienced team that is driven by making new treatment options available for patients. Your work includes the development and management of partnerships with biotech and pharmaceutical companies and you will be the face to the customer in this dedicated market segment. Your contribution has an impact on clinical research and patient treatment of the future.

Your main tasks will be to:

Initiate, develop and maintain strategic partnerships with biotech and pharmaceutical companies
Identify market and customer needs and help translate those into products and services
Communicate with and manage discussions with suppliers, development partners, manufacturers and internal teams
Support and drive marketing initiatives in the field of CNS drug delivery
Develop sound clinical knowledge around the surgical procedures and clinical indications of interest
Present the portfolio of products and services to B2B customers and clinical users

WHAT YOU OFFER

5+ years professional experience in the health care sector (medical devices, biotech, pharma)
Track record in managing B2B relationships, including contract negotiations
Interest in clinical development, patient data workflows and surgical approaches
Hands-on, solution-oriented approach
Strong team player with an open and curious mindset
Ability to achieve consensus with internal and external stakeholders
Fluent written and spoken English, German is a strong plus
Well organized and clearly structured working style
Good communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel up to 30% (post COVID)
