Based in our Munich headquarter, the Operations Planning & Procurement team is part of the worldwide Operations organization and supports Sales, Support and Production teams across the world with focus on material supply and availability. For our team, we are seeking now an active and energetic individual to join us as a Purchasing Associate RMA.
In this role you are responsible for the administration of the spare part sourcing and return to supplier business and you are working closely together with other internal departments, and our suppliers and partners worldwide. This includes tasks such as managing supply orders (Purchase orders) to fulfill spare part availability requests on time, article life-cycle and master data enquiry handling as well as processing returns and warranty claims with suppliers with whom Brainlab agreed repair services. Daily correspondence and effective process handling are therefore two of your key tasks and responsibilities, and requires you to work closely together as a team member in a multicultural environment.
