We are looking for a highly motivated student to join our Digital Services Team for a period of at least 6 months. The team is part of the Global Service division where we turn high-tech products and innovations into a great customer experience.
In this position, you will be supporting the team in various projects in the area of customer service digitalization. You will also be responsible for managing different initiatives related to remote services and customer contact management, conduct research activities and drive internal process improvements. You will work both independently as well as closely with various teams within the company and gain insights in different fields.
