We’re looking for a motivated and well-organized team player with a strong interest in surgical disciplines and a passion for sales. If you’re curious, hands-on, and ready to grow in a fast-paced medtech environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Your mission

  • Become an expert in our Image Guided Surgery product line and its clinical applications.
  • Build strong relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and partners - earning trust through knowledge and integrity.
  • Travel across your region to support customer visits, workshops, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Sales, Customer Consulting, Product Management, and Marketing.
  • Support the full sales cycle - from lead generation and product demos to post-sale follow-up.
  • Prepare documentation for tenders and proposals (quotes, letters, technical responses).
  • Help grow Brainlab’s presence in Spain and contribute to our mission of improving patient care.
  • Represent Brainlab with professionalism, curiosity, and a passion for innovation.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Interest in medical technology, surgical workflows, and healthcare innovation.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
  • Sales experience with capital equipment is a plus - but not required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel; ideally based near Madrid and close to a major airport.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
