We are currently looking for a new Area Sales Manager Radiotherapy to oversee our business in Northern France. Based ideally in Paris or the surrounding area, you will work from your home office and have the freedom to apply your innovative sales approach to meet targets, ensure profitability, and drive business growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for sales activities and the continuous expansion of business development opportunities in collaboration with our strategic partners. As Area Sales Manager, you will be the face of Brainlab. Initial training will take place at our headquarters in Munich, with periodic travel required.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing meaningful relationships with customers and partners
- Strengthening existing relationships and establishing a foundation of trust for future opportunities
- Ensuring timely participation in all relevant tenders in collaboration with customers
- Visiting existing customer hospitals to expand the product portfolio
- Engaging new customers to develop business and managing the complete sales process
- Collaborating with strategic partners to develop creative mid- and long-term strategies aligned with Brainlab’s corporate goals
- Collecting accurate forecasts and relevant data for budget planning
- Maintaining a complete and consistent customer database for your assigned territory
- Attending national and international meetings and symposia
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales is appreciated (preferably in capital equipment sales)
- Experience in a medical or engineering environment is considered a plus
- High level of enthusiasm
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
- Deep sense of commitment and initiative
- Personable and engaging demeanor
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory
- Willingness to travel (up to 80%)
