Job Description
As International HR Operations Consultant, you are part of our internal Human Resources department and support the smooth and compliant execution of operational HR processes in an international business environment. You act as a key HR contact for employees and managers across different countries and work closely with global and local HR functions.
- Advise and support managers on operational HR topics in day-to-day business
- Act as contact person for employees for all personnel-related operational matters
- Execute end-to-end HR operational tasks across the employee lifecycle, including:
- Employment contracts, contract amendments, certifications, and references
- Onboarding, changes, and offboarding activities
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of HR master data and documentation in HR systems (e.g. SAP)
- Prepare ad-hoc reports, HR statistics, and personnel key figures for international stakeholders
- Support payroll-related processes through data preparation and coordination
- Cooperate closely with Recruiting, Payroll, HR Development, and other HR interfaces in a global HR setup
- Contribute to the improvement, harmonization, and further development of HR processes
- Support international HR operations projects in a dynamic and growing environment
- Actively support the implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors, including process alignment and data quality
- Ensure compliance with labor and social security regulations across an international scope, including Germany
Qualifications
Professional Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an operational HR role
- Strong hands-on experience in HR Operations / HR Administration
- Experience working in an international HR environment (multi-country, matrix, or global context)
- Strong expertise in German labor and social security law combined with proven experience in operational HR support across multiple countries, including international regions such as EMEA or APAC
- Very good MS Office skills
- Experience with SAP HCM required; experience with SAP SuccessFactors (implementation or usage) is a strong plus
