Are you passionate about shaping the future of the digital and integrated Operating Room?
We are looking for a Manager Product Management – Integrated OR to lead the strategy, roadmap, and market success of our Integrated OR portfolio.
In this role, you will define the vision for our next-generation integrated OR solutions, driving seamless interoperability across hardware, software, and workflow components. You will collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Regional Marketing, and Clinical stakeholders to ensure our products meet real-world clinical needs while supporting the company’s long-term strategy.
You will lead and develop the Product Management & Marketing team for Integrated OR, ensuring high performance, strong cross-departmental collaboration, and a clear orientation toward customer value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and articulate the product vision and long-term strategy for the Integrated OR portfolio in alignment with General Management.
- Translate strategy into a clear, actionable product roadmap with global relevance.
- Lead and motivate the Integrated OR Product Management & Marketing team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer workflows in the operating room, to identify unmet needs, growth opportunities and competitive differentiators.
- Establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders and engage directly with customers, clinical users, and sales teams in the field and at trade shows.
- Provide clear, structured voice-of-the-customer input and marketing specifications for R&D.
- Ensure alignment between customer needs, technical feasibility & business goals.
- Define and maintain the article structure and pricing strategy, ensuring the product offers a competitive and profitable business model.
- Monitor product performance and create quarterly success reports, covering orders, revenue, pipeline, profitability, and complaints.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of product management experience in the OR environment or in comparable medical technology domains.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong capability to gather user requirements and convert them into a structured, viable product roadmap.
- Demonstrated experience in launching complex products and managing them throughout their lifecycle.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical, structured, and decisive working style with high attention to detail.
- Business fluency in English; German is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
- Position located at our Brainlab HQ in Munich.
