Job Description
Based in our Munich headquarters, the Order Coordination Team supports the organization of our sales and support teams across the world. For this role, we are seeking an active and energetic individual to join our multicultural team as an Order Coordinator Assistant.
Your tasks include:
- Ensuring timely delivery of products to customer sites
- Checking product availability and capacity planning according to customer requirements
- Processing deliveries for shipment and maintaining accurate, up-to-date order documentation
- Collaborate closely with various departments such as sales operations, production, warehouse and export to provide proper and effective order handling
- Daily correspondence with international colleagues such as sales operations assistants, local sales offices as well as various internal teams to coordinate orders efficiently
Qualifications
- Completed commercial education
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a service-orientated and international environment, such as sales support or customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently with a deep sense of commitment
- A motivated team player with a good sense of humor and proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Well-organized with solid computer skills and knowledge in integrated ERP solutions, e.g. SAP, Salesforce.com
- Business fluency in German and English
