Job Description
As a Project Manager for Integrated OR Solutions, you will lead high-tech operating room integration projects from planning to final handover. In close collaboration with internal teams and hospital stakeholders, you ensure smooth execution and seamless integration into clinical workflows.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle for single and multi-room OR integration projects – from pre-sales planning to final handover and training
- Evaluate site-specific conditions and assess feasibility considering architectural, structural, MEP, and IT-related factors
- Support the sales team with technical input, review of quotes, and creation of site-specific layout suggestions
- Create or oversee technical drawings, including OR layouts, IT/network schematics, and video routing diagrams
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Production, Installation, Training) to ensure timely and smooth project execution
- Coordinate with hospital stakeholders such as surgeons, biomedical engineers, IT specialists, architects, and contractors
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and hospital requirements
- Oversee delivery, installation, site readiness, and customer training
- Maintain accurate documentation, timelines, and budgets while driving project quality and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Medical Technology, or a related field
- Professional experience in technical project management, preferably in healthcare or medical technology
- Familiarity with hospital infrastructure planning (MEP systems, IT networks, medical imaging)
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD tools is a strong plus
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
