Job Description

As a Working Student in Clinical Affairs, you will support clinical study execution, data handling, and project coordination. Your responsibilities include:

  • Assist in defining statistical concepts for clinical studies and support analysis of study results
  • Support clinical study follow-up activities, including:
    • Managing tasks and timelines
    • Maintaining documentation, templates, and study-related materials
    • Preparing and updating forms, contracts, and invoices
  • Contribute to data management and processing workflows across different platforms (e.g., registries, Quentry, Brainlab tools)
  • Support the development and improvement of data collection and analysis processes
  • Assist in maintaining internal systems and platforms
  • Translate complex technical and data-driven topics into clear and structured internal communication

Qualifications

Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical and statistical background
  • Proficiency in a statistical analysis program (R, matlab, sql etc)
  • Good understanding of data management and data governance principles
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Programming knowledge (e.g., Python) is a plus
  • Experience with databases or clinical data platforms is advantageous

Soft Skills

  • Enrollment at a German university
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Reliable team player with a high level of professionalism

Working Conditions

  • Up to 20 hours per week (spread across at least 3 days)
  • Hybrid work model with at least 1 day per week onsite presence
  • Residence within approximately 80 km of Munich preferred
