Join Us as a Working Student in Product Marketing Management—Cranial Surgery!
Are you passionate about healthcare innovation and marketing? We’re looking for a highly motivated Working Student to join our Product & Marketing Management Cranial Surgery team.
As the central hub for all Brainlab products supporting cranial procedures, our team focuses on optimizing the entire surgical workflow. We’re a clinically driven team with a strong focus on ease of use and seamless integration across every step of cranial surgery.
In Product Marketing, we translate this value into compelling storytelling and impactful marketing initiatives. As an active team member, you’ll gain hands-on experience in project management, content creation, and marketing communication—shaping how we position our cranial surgery solutions.
To ensure that your learning curve points steeply upwards, we need at least 16 hours per week for at least 1 year.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the project management of product marketing initiatives
- Manage sub-projects and small-scale projects independently
- Create creative briefs and contribute to marketing concepts
- Support content creation for internal and external communication
- Contribute to product marketing efforts for clinical fairs and events
- Assist the team with day-to-day operational tasks
- Collaborate with Product & Marketing Managers, the Marketing PMO team, and various cross-functional teams across Brainlab
- Contribute ideas and perspectives to actively drive projects forward
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a degree program in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Well-organized, proactive and structured working style; first experience in project management is a plus
- High motivation and interest in technologies and clinical use cases
- Assertive and hands-on mentality
- Communication and collaboration skills; enthusiastic about working with others
- Independent, well-structured, and precise work style with a high degree of reliability
- Good know-how of Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; in German is a plus
