We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Marketing Manager to join our RT EMEA Clinical Marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in increasing the awareness, visibility, and competitiveness of Brainlab SRS/RT products in regional markets. You will lead strategic marketing initiatives, manage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and reference sites, support sales teams, and organize impactful events and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs and reference sites. Organize and support reference site visits.
  • Train sales teams on technology benefits, analyze market conditions, and provide feedback to product managers.
  • Organize regional workshops, symposia, and tradeshows. Develop communication plans to promote Brainlab technology.
  • Lead clinical marketing strategy and define key objectives.
  • Oversee and mentor clinical marketing managers.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze market dynamics and support strategic decisions.
  • Manage regional marketing budget and approve initiatives.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Physics and 3+ years in clinical marketing or a related field in the medical device industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German or English and French.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented with a proven history of making independent decisions.
  • Superior customer relations proficiency and experience working closely with senior management.
  • Professional with high integrity, attention to detail, preparation skills, and follow-up skills.
  • Team player with excellent time-management and interpersonal skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel around 75% Europe-wide.
