Stellenbeschreibung
- Plan and organize warehouse infrastructure and optimize layout and workflows
- Analyze and continuously improve warehouse and logistics processes
- Select appropriate storage and transport equipment based on operational needs
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, internal quality standards, and GMP/FDA guidelines
- Manage and oversee inbound, outbound, and shipping operations
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Identify and implement measures to increase warehouse efficiency
- Evaluate and select transport service providers, including structured tender processes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment
- Document and report any logistical issues or deviations from standard procedures
Qualifikationen
- Completed vocational training in logistics, warehouse management, or a related field
- Experience in a GMP/FDA-regulated environment is preferred
- Proficient in using warehouse and logistics software/tools
- Ability to work independently and proactively improve processes
- Strong team player with a high level of responsibility
- Good communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus)
