Job Description

Based in our Munich headquarters, the Order Coordination Team supports the organization of our sales and support teams across the world.

For this role, we are seeking an active, resilient and energetic individual to join our multicultural team as Team Leader Order Coordination - Sales.

Your tasks include:

  • Lead a team of 5 Order coordinators
  • Daily task interaction and training; acts as point of escalation for employees
  • Provides management periodic reports as requested
  • Monitor and plan workload throughout the day to ensure all work is completed by end of day
  • Implement continuous improvement ideas and monitor
  • Responsibility for assure on-time delivery of our products at customer’s site
  • Check product availability and capacity planning according to customer’s requirement, processing deliveries for shipment and maintaining up to date order documentation
  • Work closely with various departments such as sales operations, production, warehouse and export to provide a proper and effective order handling
  • Daily correspondence with international colleagues like local sales representatives, support managers and sales operations assistants, as well as with many other internal departments to assure simple and effective order handling
  • Join the Leadership program offered by Brainlab, in order to develop further skills


  • Background in business administration
  • Good organizational and general business process understanding
  • Experience in a service-orientated and an international environment, such as sales support or customer service
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with a deep sense of commitment
  • Ability to lead the team using innovative forward thinking
  • Good sense of humor and motivated to get things done
  • A well-developed sense of urgency, strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy, and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly between systems and tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • IT savvy with good MS Office and ERP skills, e.g. SAP,
  • Ability to learn and adapt to various software systems
  • Business fluency in German and English
