Job Description

For our growing Surgical Robotics team we are looking for a new working student. As a member of our team you will be closely working with different product management teams and multiple other departments within Brainlab to drive the growth of the surgical robotics segment.

  • Market and Technology Analysis: Identify market and technology trends and opportunities relevant for assigned products. This includes conducting competitive analysis, understanding customer needs, and staying updated on advancements in surgical robotics.
  • Service Portfolio Development: Assist in the definition of a product adjacent service portfolio. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand service requirements and opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Product Storyline and Marketing Collateral Development: Develop product storyline and marketing collateral via presentations, messaging, technical specifications, and workflow videos. This requires strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content.
  • Customer Engagement: Support physical and virtual in-house visits at headquarters with technical product demos and in-depth discussions with customers. This includes preparing for customer visits, demonstrating product features, and addressing customer queries effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams including engineering, sales, and customer support to ensure product success in the market.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the field of surgical robotics and product management.

Qualifications

  • Study of an engineering or technical subject or alternatively study of marketing or business administration
  • Well-organized, proactive and clearly structured working style
  • Highly motivated and interested in technologies and clinical use-cases
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Clinical knowledge or a background in medical technologies is a strong plus
  • The ideal candidate is a proactive learner, a team player, and is passionate about healthcare technology.
