Welcome to Barcelona!
We are happy to welcome Support colleagues from all over Europe and Middle East in Spain’s famous metropolis to our European Support Meeting 2016.
We are eager to share with you the latest developments in Brainlab’s product portfolio and give insights into global Support and Operations initiatives that will help to bring our business to the next level.
As you are playing a key role in shaping the future of Brainlab’s Customer Support, we would like you to take an active part in these initiatives and look forward to stimulating discussions and valuable feedback from you.
We hope this gathering will provide an opportunity to share experiences, learn from each other and bring us lots of fun moments.

Rooms: You will be accommodated in Twin Bed Rooms. Therefore we kindly ask you to register you and your desired roommate here.
Leisure Service: The hotel offers amenities such a Turkish bath, a rooftop pool and a fully equipped gym.
Hotel cost: The rooms (including breakfast) have been pre-paid, but you are responsible for any personal costs you may accumulate.
Please take a taxi from the airport to the hotel (approximately a 25 minute ride). Travel in groups, if possible!
Special Surprise Activity
Transportation: Shuttle buses will bring us to the start location at 3:30 pm and back to the hotel at 6:45 pm.
Dinner and Party
Dresscode: Smart Casual
Transportation: Shuttle buses will bring us back to the hotel either at 12:00 am, 12:30 am or 01:00 am.
THINGS TO KNOW
Transportation from the Airport: Please take a taxi to the hotel and travel in groups, if possible!
For all non-Europeans: Please check your visa validation!
Meeting dress code: Business Casual
Refreshments: Snacks, drinks and coffee will be available all day at the hotel.
Badges: Please wear your badge during the day for access to the catering services.
Daily allowance: Due to the fact that almost everything (breakfast in the hotel, coffee break, lunch, dinners on Sunday and Tuesday) is included, GM has decided that daily allowance will only be granted for Monday evening and Wednesday evening.
Compensation: As the arrival was scheduled for Sunday evening no compensation will be granted for that day. Monday is a holiday in Portugal and Italy, therefore the respective colleagues will receive the regular 1,5 compensation days.
