EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES AND TECHNIQUES IN STEREOTACTIC RADIOSURGERY

This year at ASTRO 2014, Brainlab is proud to showcase our latest software applications to help streamline and expedite the radiosurgery planning process. In addition to our featured products, we are inviting you to take part in events that will highlight our entire radiotherapy portfolio.

A Novalis Circle Symposium* will be held on Sunday, September 14th, from 6:15 – 8 PM at the St. Regis. Attendees have the opportunity to meet world-renowned clinicians who will present the latest technologies and techniques in the treatment of brain metastases, highlighting the emerging role of single fraction and hypofractionated stereotactic radiosurgery.
Indication-specific clinical workflows and validation of automated planning tools, such as the Automatic Brain Metastases Planning** software will be presented and discussed, in conjunction with an introduction to the national radiosurgery registry initiative. Register at events.brainlab.com.
In addition, Brainlab Academy is offering the opportunity to attend a complimentary educational workshop on Saturday, September 13th from 9:15 AM – 4 PM. This one day event course will focus on achieving high quality treatment plans through forward and inverse planning techniques. Register at brainlabacademy.com under the RT course offerings.
