Women Inspire: networking event on inclusion & diversity at Brainlab

On July 29, 2025, "Women Inspire", a Brainlab Impact Group dedicated to promoting gender equity, hosted a networking event at the company’s headquarters in Munich. The aim of the event was to foster connections and spark an open dialogue about inclusion, equality and mutual support in the workplace—enriched by the personal and powerful insights of two colleagues:

• Antonia Wurmseher, Vice President Quality Management

• Amelie Guendisch, Electronics and Technician Apprentice

The discussion highlighted the importance of empathy and inclusion in the workplace—factors that, according to Antonia, are crucial for successful team dynamics. It also addressed the challenges of working in a male-dominated field. Amelie captured it succinctly:

"Building community and driving change is never truly comfortable. The moment it feels too comfortable, it’s time to challenge yourself and take the next step."

The event gave participants the opportunity to learn from one another, support each other and share new perspectives. "Women Inspire" doesn't only create a space for dialogue; it also makes an important contribution to fostering a work environment where diversity and equality are openly embraced and practiced.
