Olympus Is Exclusive US Distributor for Brainlab ENT Navigation

An exclusive partnership was announced during this year’s AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting. Olympus will serve as the sole distributor for Brainlab ENT products in the US market. Olympus, a global technology leader in designing and delivering innovative solutions for medical and surgical procedures, was a natural choice for partnership. Integration has been developed between the Olympus DIEGO ELITE® system and Kick® Navigation. The combination of the two systems enables surgeons to perform some of the most complex and advanced ENT surgeries available today. This agreement applies only to the US ENT market; Brainlab will maintain distribution for ENT products when sold with neurosurgery and spine products in the US and all distribution outside of the US. As a valued Brainlab customer, this partnership will not cause any changes to your current platforms or our service of those systems. For new purchases, your current Brainlab sales contact will connect you with Olympus to secure ENT-only systems. New multi-application systems that include cranial or spine software, or other Brainlab applications, will still be managed by your Brainlab team.
