IT-Cloud Engineer


WHAT TO EXPECT

As an IT Cloud Engineer in our Team IT Infrastructure, you have the chance to shape our new cloud environment based on a Greenfield approach. You are responsible for our cloud vendors and their integration in Brainlab. With your know-how, you will be responsible for the concept and setup, cost management, monitoring, provisioning, security and reporting. Are you a technologically adept generalist, who has already gained some experience in a corporate environment? Then you could be right for us! You will

  • be the Single Point of Contact for cloud partner related topics
  • develop and maintain the AWS organization (rights and roles) for Brainlab
  • develop and maintain the MS Azure organization (rights and roles) for Brainlab
  • take care of the cost monitoring and reporting
  • set guidelines from a security perspective
  • coordinate external consulting partner(s)
  • provide scripted IT environments for different departments

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • A degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical education, such as in networking and communications technologies
  • Enthusiasm for new technology with a passion for computers and machines
  • Very good experience with Amazon AWS or MS Azure
  • Good scripting know-how (Ansible, Terraform, or similar)
  • Experience in network topologies
  • Awareness of IT security
  • Fluent English and advanced German (Minimum B2) skills
  • Ability to work independently
