We ensure that your staff is trained perfectly with your individual set up and according to the specific requirements of your hospital workflows. Our clinical experts will accompany you from day one throughout the entire product life cycle no matter if new staff needs to be trained or existing staff needs to become proficient after software updates, upgrades and configuration changes.

Maintenance & support

Our experts are always here to support you remotely and in person with any issues that may arise but also to help prevent issues from occurring in the first place. Throughout the whole product life cycle, we proactively provide you with support and maintenance of your equipment, software and operating room integration.

Software maintenance & support
Whenever you need our advice with software issues, we will be there to support you either digitally via Brainlab Connected Care or onsite. With continuous updates and upgrades during the whole operating room lifetime, we keep your software future-proof. This also includes adapting software interfaces in the event of external version upgrades and programming your software integration for new use cases with new presets.

O.R. integration maintenance & support
To ensure continuously streamlined device and data setups, we provide you with data and source management assistance which includes a periodic review of existing O.R. integration. This service also includes coordination and implementation of minor settings changes in your PACS or HIS/EHR landscape with your hospital IT department.

Hardware maintenance & support
We take thorough care of your digital O.R. hardware to maintain your uptime. This includes preventive maintenance as well as repair and replacement through spare parts in the case of defects, which also includes third party devices. If your third party system needs replacement parts, we coordinate all necessary steps with the provider for the procurement and deployment of their products.

Application support
Your digital O.R. will be used by many different users for many different use cases. With first-class application support and O.R. assistance, we ensure that all applications, which will be performed in your digital operating room, run smoothly.
