Working Student Sales Operations


We are seeking a motivated student to support our Sales Operations Team based in our Munich Headquarter. The Sales Operations is a very international department (15 people, 11 nationalities) and as part of the Team, you will have an overview of the different territories and will learn how to use SAP and Salesforce in order to support with the Sales and Administrative processes.  

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting with administrative tasks (pre and post sales)
  • Keep up-to-date our Salesforce database
  • Book flights, hotels and restaurants for In-house visits
  • Book, update and review orders with SAP
  • Follow-up with internal reports


  • Currently studying a university degree, preferably with a business administration focus
  • Very good skills in MS Office, especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Speaking fluently English and Italian -  any other language is a plus
  • Demonstrating strong organizational, administrative and prioritization skills
  • Working diligently and with attention to detail
  • Being a self-starter who can achieve their targets independently
  • Willing to take on responsibility and work 2-3 days per week alongside your studies
