We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our Israeli team developing leading software for orthopedic surgeons. You will be part of a product team responsible for developing global marketing strategies and for the project realization and execution.

As a skilled Marketing Manager your Responsibilities will be:

  • Define marketing goals and strategies together with Product Management and Sales Management
  • Generate and implement improvement ideas for marketing processes Define campaigns activities, deliver and support
  • Manage co-marketing agreements with partner companies and customers
  • Create standardized product marketing and training materials (digital and printed)
  • Generate and maintain website content including SEO
  • Maintain social media accounts and generate respective content
  • Maintain e-newsletters and generate respective content
  • Analyze and report on reach and success of marketing activities on different channels
  • Consult with Exhibits team to organize product-specific trade shows
  • Support regional marketing teams with the organization of workshops, symposia or other events
  • Support the sales force by providing product presentations
  • Foster clinical papers and presentations by customers
  • Report back to Product Management and R&D about customer ideas on products

 

 

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • Degree in Business, Communication Sciences, Marketing or equivalent
  • 2-5 Years’ experience in marketing management, background and proficiency with digital marketing concepts, social media, e-campaigns.
  • A strong analytical, assertive, decisive and committed personality with an outgoing nature and very good interpersonal skills
  • Experience in supporting agile marketing projects
  • Readiness and the ability to meet pressing deadlines
  • Well-developed communication and presentation abilities
  • Advanced marketing skills (e.g. working with the most important KPIs)
  • Teamwork and social skills
  • Creative approach and structured working methods
  • Excellent English, additional language – advantage
  • Willingness for traveling, attending conferences and exhibitions
