CRM & Automation Marketing Manager

What to expect

The CRM and Automation Specialist, as part of our Marketing Technologist team, is key to our day-to-day maintenance and development of our marketing automation platform. This role works with marketing, product specialists, sales and other technology partners to set up and improve our marketing automation platform. You will act as a first line of defense for system support and will be responsible for developing best practices and training peers across marketing with regards to marketing automation capabilities, testing, and projected results. This role requires a good understanding of web and web technology (HTML, basic CSS) and a desire to expand their current technical skill-set.

In this role your responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage email marketing and engagement campaigns, using Pardot platform
  • Report and provide insights on key metrics and interpretation of the data
  • Create and manage landing pages, program templates, forms and auto response emails
  • Manage Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Analytics and Google Ad Integrations
  • Document, add to, and improve integrations and processes
  • Automate what can be automated, while providing custom support for what cannot
  • Manage list generation and data sync between Pardot and Salesforce
  • Establish and enforce a standard for marketing data quality and requirements within Pardot and Salesforce
  • Drive alignment and adoption, via internal training and updates
  • Own the organization and ease of access to marketing materials

What you offer

  • Bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years of professional experience in marketing
  • Extensive experience with Marketing Automation System is a must, specifically Pardot
  • Salesforce CRM proficient
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook proficient
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working with multiple teams including marketing, product teams, IT and Business Process Engineering
  • Flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks to complete projects on deadline
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills
