As a Designer/Art Director within the Brainlab Global Brand Design team, you will help to bring our unique voice to life with on brand dynamic visual solutions across digital and traditional disciplines. You will be part of the creative team that designs, creates and executes our strategic driven voice.
In this role your responsibilities will be to:
- Deliver on brand solutions while seeking a thorough understanding of deliverable objectives
- Execute, version and maintain Brainlab brand standards
- Apply brand identity system to create innovative solutions that align with business and user needs
- Have strong communication skills and be expected to clearly articulate your own ideas as well to key stake holders and teammates
- Be willing to take risks to figure out the balance between exceptional creative and relevant business needs
- Be able to comprehend brand guidelines and category assets to produce effective brand communication
- Demonstrate collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Think strategically while staying current on the latest tools and trends across the advertising and design communities
- Understand and implement elegant solutions and insight into targeted communication
