Product Manager - Marketing Radiation Oncology

What to expect

For our Radiation Oncology Marketing team, we are looking for a Product Manager. In this role, you will identify, develop and articulate our market segment and product strategies. Integrated in a team of product managers, you will be responsible for global business results for your assigned Image Guided Radiotherapy product ExacTrac. You will also be responsible for internal sales trainings and technical customer presentations. For this position, you will be located at our Brainlab HQ in Munich.

Your duties include:

  • Developing business plans, generating forecasts and performance reports for assigned products
  • Managing product life cycle, supporting product pricing activities and developing market access strategies for assigned product
  • Identifying market and technology trends and opportunities relevant for assigned products
  • Performing product specific competitor analysis on global level in cooperation with Clinical Marketing Managers
  • Developing clinical background, product info sheets and technical specifications
  • Developing product briefing including unmet needs, target groups, positioning, features, benefits and unique selling propositions
  • Maintaining strong interface between internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Supporting global marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars, user group meetings and internal trainings
  • Supporting clinical marketing and sales teams with technical product demos

What you offer

  • A University degree either in business administration or engineering / natural science
  • 4-5 years professional experience, preferably in medical or high-tech industries, ideally in the Radiotherapy domain
  • An analytical, assertive, decisive and committed personality with an outgoing nature and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and oral presentation skills
  • A passion for technical products and technological advancements
  • Fluency in written and spoken English & German
  • A willingness to travel 30% of the time
