At our company headquarters and our warehouse, both located in Munich, our Production & Logistics teams handle warehousing, product testing, final assembly, quality assurance and worldwide shipping of our advanced medical technology products. With 45 team members, this large yet close-knit team offers lots of support and variety.Open positions
Why we do what we do
Without production, there is no product. We proudly build and ship the products that clinicians all over the world use to improve their treatments and the lives of their patients.
Areas of expertise
The Production department conducts the final assembly and testing of customer systems and components. Furthermore, Production completes computer installation, repairs, and implements continuous process and productivity improvements to ensure Brainlab always delivers high-quality products in an efficient manner.
The Warehouse department handles all products delivered from our suppliers and is responsible for internal material flow, stock keeping and the packing and the dispatch of shipments to our customers.
The Export department sets up global logistical solutions in compliance with customs and regional country regulations. The challenge Export faces is to ensure that our medical technologies arrive at the right customer at the right time.

As a first step, we’ll have a telephone interview. This call is a chance to discover a little more about you and clarify any open questions you may have. If it’s a success, we’ll get back to you about next steps within two weeks.
If the role requires specific technical skills, you’ll likely to be invited to an assessment round before or after the discovery call. Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete specific tasks to test your skill.
If you’ve done well in the previous rounds, it’s time for a personal or video interview. We’ll ask you competency-based and technical questions, if applicable, and answer any queries you have about the role and company.
Depending on the role, you may also be asked to join an interview with our leadership, like a member of our General Management team.
You should be able to comfortably communicate in German and English.
Yes, after the initial discovery call and personal interviews, there is a trial working day. This will last roughly 4 hours and gives the candidate the chance to meet the team and get to know the work processes.
Within two weeks after your last interview. If you need an answer before that, for example, if you’ve received an offer from another company, please reach out to your recruiter.
