Embracing diversity

We believe our growth and continuous innovation are fueled by the variety of perspectives, experiences, and ideas our team brings to the table. Currently, we employ individuals from approximately 90 nations across 19 global locations—a number that continues to grow. We support intercultural diversity through initiatives such as German, English, Spanish, French and Italian language courses. Brainlab also strives to expand workplace diversity by increasing the number of women in leadership positions and supporting the professional development of people with disabilities, making dedicated resources available for guidance and support.

Putting our values into practice

One of our company values at Brainlab is authenticity: We value authenticity and those that pride themselves on wanting to change the world. We keep it real, we’re honest, we mean what we say and say what we mean.

Impact Groups

Brainlab fosters an authentic work environment by putting action behind our words. We have developed an employee-led impact group program that gives unique and diverse voices a platform within the company. These groups support personal and professional growth, offering safe spaces where employees can express themselves, find community and make an impact on company culture. We’re excited to watch this program grow over time and bring visibility to different employee perspectives.
