Becoming an Apprentice at Brainlab
Apply for your desired apprenticeship with your completed documents on our homepage. We’ll need a cover letter, your CV and your most recent grades.
The next step is a video interview, during which you’ll chat with your future trainer and an HR colleague. We want to learn more about you and you can ask questions. We’ll get back to you within two weeks to discuss next steps.
After a successful video interview, you will be invited to an Applicant Day at our company headquarters together with other applicants. Your future trainer will give you various subject-related tasks as well as group exercises.

In principle, you can shorten your training at Brainlab by half a year. The prerequisite for this is your previous school education, any previous vocational training, or your age (over 21 years at the start of training). A shortening by both contracting parties can either be determined at the time of conclusion of the contract or applied retrospectively.
Like all employees at Brainlab, you’ll have 30 days of vacation per year.
Although the Apprentices decide on one of their focal points at the beginning of their training, they have common basic subjects in vocational school in the first few years of training. While the training to become an IT specialist for application development mainly deals with concepts and the development of software, IT specialists for system integration are responsible for installing and linking communication systems, for example telephone systems, servers, PCs, etc.
