Xplore Spine

Engage young clinicians early, embedding best practices and setting new standards from the very start of their journey with Xplore Spine, our next-generation education platform. By bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world clinical decision-making, Xplore Spine delivers a structured, modular learning experience that enables repeated, flexible practice beyond the constraints of the clinical environment. Better learning drives better decisions—and better decisions shape every step of the surgical workflow.

Robotic Suite

From first touchpoint to final outcome, Robotic Suite—Loop-X®, Curve®, Cirq®*—keeps data moving freely across imaging, planning, navigation and robotics so it remains connected, continuous and accurate. In one intelligent dataverse, nothing is lost between steps and every decision stays centered on the patient. This is how outcomes that once felt out of reach become the standard.

Spine Navigation

Spine & Trauma Navigation is the cornerstone of our spine workflow and acts as a central data hub, connecting effortlessly to a broader, data-driven ecosystem—planning, robotics, mobile imaging, mixed reality and microscopy—as everything communicates fluidly, supporting interoperability and efficiency. Spine & Trauma Navigation supports intuitive, vendor-independent workflows, enabling accurate and intuitive navigation of instruments and implants with seamless setup for every O.R. Customizable view layouts, including true Axial, Coronal, and Sagittal views, support a broad range of surgical workflows.

Microscope Navigation

Surgical clarity redefined for spine. Microscope Navigation uses augmented reality to enrich your surgical field of view by projecting patient-specific, anatomical objects generated in Elements software and directly seen in the microscope oculars. Our real-time overlays are fully integrated with navigation to support intraoperative orientation and guidance in minimally invasive corridors, while maintaining surgical flow.

Mixed Reality Viewer*

Review plans for spine surgery in 3D. The Mixed Reality Viewer* is a software that works in tandem with Brainlab Elements to produce hyper-realistic 3D patient data. In the context of spine surgery, this software enables medical professionals to review planned surgical procedures as well as explore anatomical structures and planned implant positions. When it comes to neurosurgical procedures, mixed reality technology enables healthcare professionals to gain a better understanding of a patient’s spine—layer by layer. This includes gaining insights into the location of planned screws, disc herniations, tumors and identifying surrounding anatomical structures like nerves and critical soft tissue structures.
