Job Description
- Circuit and layout development, as well as simulations, commissioning, and testing of electronic assemblies in accordance with applicable standards for medical devices (especially IEC 60601-1, 60601-2-40)
- Programming of microcontroller or DSP circuits according to applicable standards for medical devices (IEC 62304)
- Support of EMC and safety tests in accredited laboratories
- Collaboration in the preparation of standard-compliant documentation
- Collaboration in the transfer of series-ready products into production
- Competent contact person for QM and product management as well as customers, suppliers, national and international trade partners and notified bodies
Qualifications
- Degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification, alternatively technician in electrical engineering with several years of professional experience in development
- Ideally already professional experience in strongly regulated industries such as medical technology, automotive or aviation
- High quality awareness and independent working style as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
- Confident handling of PC-supported applications for the maintenance and creation of product files (including Office programs, mind maps, diagram tools)
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
