AI meets art at the Brainlab headquarters
On October 12th and 13th, 2024, a series of unique concerts will once again take place at the Brainlab headquarters in Riem.
At the <CONTINUE.MUSIC> concerts, the audience can expect an inspiring and thought-provoking performance that will offer a glimpse into what the future of music could be. AI promises to produce much of what we will hear in the future, but it is more than just a technology for automating artistic content. The concerts will explores the impact of AI on contemporary music, the role of humans in the creative process with AI and the question of how we as humans can prove our uniqueness compared to machines.
The concerts are organized in collaboration with Ali Nikrang (AI expert and composer), Hanni Liang (pianist and lecturer on new concert formats at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München), students from the composition class of Moritz Eggert and instrumental classes of the HMTM, as well as musicians from the Münchner Philharmoniker.
