General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, implemented on May 25th, 2018, Brainlab has refined its existing data protection measures. Learn more about these efforts in the “Supplemental Agreement on Data Processing on Behalf of a Controller”. This document is available online or offline (printable PDF), for the countries listed below. The Agreement addresses data processing in service and support cases, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, training and remote access (if applicable).
