1
Stable & precise positioning

Most surgical tasks require a high level of fine motor control, accuracy and stamina. Especially during minimally invasive surgery and in complex anatomical regions, surgeons and patients can benefit from the reliability, consistency and precision of Cirq robotic assistance.

2
Automated assistance

Cirq fits into almost any operating room allowing surgeons to leverage the advantages of robotics for all kinds of procedures, standard to complex. The system attaches easily to most O.R. tables and accommodates several imaging devices.

3
Broadly applicable
The robotic platform offers vendor-neutral compatibility with multiple implant sets and workflows that are suitable for a variety of procedures including spine surgeries, cranial biopsies and SEEG electrode placement for epilepsy.

Extending human capabilities with a robotic platform

Cirq enables modular robotic solutions, which provide accuracy and support the surgeon in many applications. Each solution consists of the base module Cirq Arm System and an indication specific application module. Through this modular approach, the same base module addresses different use cases like stationary instrument holding, complex spine surgery, precise stereotactic surgery1 and cranial biopsies.

Surgical robotic support in multiple indications

Cirq for spine surgery

Accuracy and precision take the lead during spinal surgeries with Cirq. During procedures, the Cirq Robotic Alignment Module facilitates accurate screw placement by automatically aligning to pre- or intraoperatively planned patient-specific trajectories. As an automated surgical assistant, Cirq also easily integrates into different image guided workflows while enabling the surgeon to stay in control.
